In 2013, after studying visual communication and interning at Teen Vogue in New York, Sonia Mugabo returned to Kigali with a vision: to redefine Rwandan fashion through a lens of modern elegance and cultural authenticity. Launching her eponymous label at Kigali Fashion Week, she introduced designs that seamlessly blend whimsical femininity with timeless sophistication.​

With an 80% female workforce, the brand champions diversity, crafting pieces that celebrate every woman's unique form. From bespoke garments to ready-to-wear collections, each piece is a testament to conscious design, quality craftsmanship, and the essence of Rwandan artistry.​

Recognised by Forbes as one of Africa's most promising young entrepreneurs, Sonia's influence extends beyond fashion. In 2024, she had the honour of designing campaign attire for President Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame, further cementing her role as a cultural ambassador.​
