There was a woman who did everything as if each day were a celebration. She wore her best dress even at home. She opened her bar in her garden. She welcomed friends with a glass of champagne and an easy smile. That woman was Grandma Detta. and her spirit became the heart of Maison Detta.

Detta, a Burundian nickname derived from the first name Bernadette, honours Bernadette NSABIMANA.

Founded by Dalanda Detta Soumaré, the brand takes its name, its ethos, from the legacy of her grandma, a woman who made joy a choice, elegance a way of life, and softness a legacy.
